These sizes fit ready made frames. The original painting is a different ratio than these sizes, so some of the image has been artfully cropped to ensure that the image fits standard frames.
These sizes are the full image that was originally painted, nothing has been cropped. I recommend this size if you are planning on custom framing and would like to see the full image.
This heirloom quality print is created using the giclee method of archival printing which allows the colors and values to last for hundreds of years. The original art print is printed on an archival 100% cotton fine art watercolor paper which allows for a deep range of color values. The thick premium paper is produced using the historical cold press production technique which provides a gente texture that enhances the beauty of the print. Please note that framing is not included.
All prints are shipped free and are packaged with care and are shipped beautifully in either a flat rigid mailer for sizes 11″x14″ and under or rolled for sizes larger than 11″x14″. Rolling prints is one of the safest ways to ship larger prints.
How to Flatten Rolled Prints:
1. Lay the tissue paper that came with the print on a flat, clean surface.
2. Place the print image side down onto the tissue paper.
3. Use books to hold down the corners until flat. Wait overnight for print to flatten.
I use the highest quality materials in creating prints of my artwork. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your new art, please contact me and I will be happy to make it right. My goal is to provide you with archival giclee prints that help create a beautiful background for many happy memories.
The colors in the prints have been carefully tested to ensure color accuracy to the original painting. Please note due to differences in color calibration of screens, the colors might appear slightly different.
